For Eric Thomas, commercial real estate is more than buying and selling properties. It’s about understanding what a client is ultimately trying to accomplish and finding the right path to get there.
As an entrepreneur, Eric brings a hands-on understanding of commercial real estate built through years of experience in construction, development, and property ownership. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2017 with a degree in Entrepreneurship and has spent the past decade working in and around commercial construction.
Throughout his career, Eric has been involved in multi-million-dollar commercial projects across the United States, from underground and foundation work through completion. That experience has given him a practical understanding of what makes a commercial property successful, providing a perspective that goes well beyond a listing or marketing materials.
Eric has also built and developed his own real estate portfolio, giving him firsthand insight into the decisions faced by buyers, sellers, owners, and investors. He understands the process because he has navigated many of those same decisions himself.
His approach is simple: listen first, understand the end goal, and build the strategy around it. Whether acquiring a property, selling an existing asset, or pursuing an opportunity that supports a broader business or investment strategy, Eric brings an entrepreneurial mindset and practical, real-world perspective to every transaction.
Outside of work, Eric values making time for the things that matter most. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, being outdoors, playing piano, and pursuing photography. That outlook carries into his work by understanding his clients’ goals, managing the details, and navigating the complexities of a transaction. He strives to give them the time and freedom to focus on what matters most, whether that means growing their business, spending time with family, or simply enjoying the opportunities life has to offer.
